Early access
Cadence opens to the waitlist before public launch. Once you've joined, we'll email you when your spot is ready — there's nothing else you need to do for now.
System requirements
- macOS 13 (Ventura) or later.
- Runs fully on-device — no internet connection required to dictate.
Common questions
Is dictation really on-device? Yes. Your audio and the text Cadence produces stay on your Mac — nothing is sent to a server.
Which apps does it work in? Any app with a text field. If you can type there, Cadence can type there too.
How does it work? Hold the Fn key, speak, and release. Cadence sets down clean, punctuated text where your cursor was.
