Cadence is in early access. By joining the waitlist or using the app once it's available, you agree to the terms below.

Early access

Cadence is pre-release software. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and early builds may be incomplete or behave unexpectedly. Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line — it isn't a guarantee of access by any particular date.

Using the app

When Cadence is released, we grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use it on your own Mac in line with your plan. Please don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

Plans and pricing

A free tier and a paid Pro plan are planned. Prices and limits shown on the site are indicative and may be adjusted before launch. Any paid terms, trials, and refund details will be confirmed at checkout when Cadence opens.

No warranty

Early-access Cadence is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cadence and its makers aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the early-access software or the website.

Changes

We may update these terms as Cadence moves toward launch. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
